Order Processing

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We aim to deliver all US orders within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
International deliveries typically arrive within 2–6 weeks, depending on destination country, customs, and whether you choose Express or Standard shipping. While we do not control courier delivery times, we are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.
Orders are shipped on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on.
If you would like insurance, please request it when placing your order. We will provide a quote before your items are shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Sky Flying Wings uses trusted third-party couriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. While we ensure packages are dispatched with care, we cannot control delays or issues once the parcel is in the courier’s possession.
Courier Responsibility
Each courier operates under its own terms and compensation policies.
Sky Flying Wings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by courier delays, damage, or loss.
Insurance & Compensation
For shipments over $100, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of applicable charges.

US Customs may take up to 90 business days to process inbound international shipments. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
