RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sky Flying Wings, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unused and in “like new” condition

  • With all tags and accessories included

  • Free from wear, installation, damage, or marks

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Discounted / sale products

  • Replaced items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Instruments or electronics

  • Health & personal care items

  • Carabiners, maillons, softlinks

  • Clothing

  • Helmet visors

  • Reserve parachutes

  • Paragliders, mini-wings, kites

  • Warranty claim items


Return Approval

Please do not ship any items back until you receive confirmation that your return request has been accepted.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, you will receive an email confirming:

  • Receipt of the item

  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Items returned without approval will be sent back to you.

Returns made after 7 days and within 14 days may qualify for store credit only.


Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider

  3. Processing times may vary

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly, you will receive:

  • A gift credit equal to the value of the returned item

  • A gift certificate issued once your return is received


Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, email us at info@skyflyingwings.com.
We will provide the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Choosing a trackable shipping service with signature on delivery

  • Optional shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of a return without tracking.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.


Demo Equipment

We offer demo equipment for testing before purchase.
Please contact us to arrange a demo.

Demo equipment terms:

  • Must be paid in full before shipping

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated

  • Demo gear must be returned in the same condition

  • If stained or damaged, the item cannot be returned

  • If not returned within 14 days, it will be considered purchased, and no return will be accepted
